Shipping policy

Orders are shipped by selected shipping vendor in checkout process. We reserve the right, under our discretion, to adjust shipping vendor / speed for any reason. 

Please allow up to a week or so for processing and shipping, although items are usually shipped as soon as possible. Items shipped through Partner Vendors ship based on drop-shipping schedule. 

Please allow extra time for custom-made orders. 

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation. If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible, but we'll do our best to resolve the situation. Please see our Refund Policy for detail on product refunds. We do not refund shipping.
