You choose your favorite roast type (light, medium, dark) and we'll choose our favorite single origin coffee, fresh from the roaster. One standard size bag of fresh roasted coffee (approx 12oz).  

Keeping up with what's available from coffee farms is tricky and getting green coffee beans can be complicated. Don't worry, we've got you on that part.
