One bag of our delicious 12 ounce Phoenix Light Roast blend. Our roasters hand-select complementary beans from top farms across the world and build several flavor profiles. We then roast & mix them. Bag them and repeat. Some of that gets pretty nerdy but you can enjoy our research however you like.

Who is Phoenix?

Phoenix is the pup of Matt, one of our top supporters. He has been around for every step of the way at normal.coffee with his friendly demeanor. Shockingly, this beautiful stud isn't a fan of having his picture taken for the web. All the same, we bribed him to smile pretty for his label and mug.
